Terms and Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply between Infinet Wireless and the customer for Certification Exam, Class and LIVE trainings. The certification exam pass and participation on an offered training is available to everyone who accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Registration for the training
The registration for a training course is done online through the registration form on our IW Academy portal or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The registrations will be processed in chronological order by date of reception. We recommend our customers to plan and register as early as possible. After the successful verification of the registration, as well as the participation and execution prerequisites customer receives a written confirmation of the course registration. A non-confirmed course registration does not entitle the customer to participate in the training. Due to the limitation of the number of attendees in our trainings, we reserve the right to offer customer an alternative training date.
Class and LIVE training
The concrete subject of the available training сourses is described on the IW Academy portal. The training price covers following services: training according to the program, training materials, access to the hardware and software for practical exercises, certificate of completion, if provided. The organizer reserves the right to change or replace the agenda, as far as it has no major impact on the training goal.
The concrete subject of the available certification exams is described on the IW Academy portal. The exam price covers following services: access to the exam platform and certificate of completion, in case of successful pass.
Class and LIVE training
Payment for the training course can be made either by credit card through the IW Academy portal, or by a purchase order issued by the Infinet Sales Manager.
If the customer has not paid the full cost of the training course by credit card, the training course is considered not paid. The training request that was not paid in full is cancelled. The user is refunded the amount paid by him. In order to pay for the training again, the customer needs to re-fill out and send the registration form to the course on the IW Academy portal once again.
The training cost will not be refunded to the customer who does not participate in the paid training at the specified time. The certificate of completion is not issued.
Payment for the certification exam can be made by credit card through the IW Academy portal. If the customer has not paid the full cost of the certification exam, the exam is considered not paid. The user is refunded the amount paid by him.
Training location and time
The class trainings mainly take place at Infinet Training Centers, at Authorized Training Centers of the IW Academy partners, or at customer’s training class, if the training is conducted at the customer’s facility. Further information regarding the training location, the start and end times of the event will be defined on the payment confirmation email and are also available on the IW Academy portal.
Training cancellation by Infinet
Trainings may be cancelled by Infinet in writing for important reasons, e.g. in the case of insufficient number of participants or in the event of a trainer’s cancellation or illness, as well as in cases of force majeure. In the case of an insufficient number of participants, the customer will be notified by Infinet, not later than 5 business days before the start of the training, with a written notification of the cancellation. In all other cases of cancellation for important reasons, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. In such cases, the customer will be either reimbursed the amount he has already paid or he may participate in a possible replacement date. We reserve the right to reschedule the class trainings in exceptional cases in time and / or location. The customer shall be notified no later than six business days before the start of the training. In this case, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the training. Infinet shall not be liable for lost expenses or other disadvantages that may arise through the cancellation. Any cancellations or changes will be communicated in writing.
Cancellation by customer
Class and LIVE training
- Customers who have been confirmed for the training session and paid for it may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to 10 business days before the scheduled class start date by sending an email to the address email@example.com.
- Customers who cancel their participation in the training less than ten business days before the class start will be refunded an amount of 70% of the total training cost.
- Customers who cancel their participation in the training less than five business days before the class start or if the trainee does not attend to the training a 100% cancellation fee will be imposed, the training cost is not refund. The certificate is not issued in this case.
- There is the possibility, under retention of the payment data, to nominate a substitute participant. He or she can be nominated for no additional charges at any time before the training starts.
Customers may cancel the payment for the certification exam by sending the appropriate form from the personal account at the IW Academy portal. In such cases, the customer will be reimbursed the amount he has paid.
Refund when paying by credit card
Class and LIVE training
To refund the training cost if the payment data have not changed, the customer needs to send the cancellation and refund form in the personal account of the IW Academy portal. The payment will be refunded to the payment data specified during the payment.
If the bank card is blocked, lost or expired, the customer needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com, in which specify the course name, the training date and the payment data of the card to which the cost should be transferred.
To refund the exam cost if the payment data have not changed, the customer needs to send the cancellation and refund form in the personal account of the IW Academy portal. The payment will be refunded to the payment data specified during the payment.
If the bank card is blocked, lost or expired, the customer needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, in which specify the certification exam name and the payment data of the card to which the cost should be transferred.
Refund when paying by purchase order
To refund the training cost the customee needs to send an email to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. After this, Infinet employee will contact with user and will explain the refund procedure.
Travel, food and accommodation expenses are to be borne by the customer. The organization is in the responsibility of the customer.
You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information in the event of a change. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, keep your user identification and password secure. You will notify IW Academy immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security, and take all steps reasonably necessary to terminate the unauthorized use or breach.
All training materials provided to the customer during training is the property of Infinet Wireless. Materials may not be republished, uploaded, posted, broadcast, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise transferred, directly or indirectly, to any third party. Without limiting the foregoing, the use of materials on any website is prohibited.
Statements, notices and other communications to you may be made by email, phone, postings within your account. Infinet may also provide notices of changes to the Terms and conditions by displaying notices generally on the IW Academy portal.
